ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Eddie Mitchell, the owner, and one-half of locally loved BBQ restaurant, Ed & Toms, proudly shared the coming-up story of his mom-and-pop shop as it celebrates its eighth anniversary.

From stumbling upon a BBQ pit with weeds growing over it- to becoming a community favorite, Ed & Tom's has customers coming for more with its flavorful BBQ and Mitchell's hospitality.
