Bear's rare visit to Malibu caught on security video

A home security camera in Malibu captured a rare moment when a black bear wandered into the city of Malibu.

The incident occurred recently in the Malibu Knolls neighborhood, according to an Instagram post by the city of Malibu on Tuesday.

"Black Bears live in the region, but they have very rarely been seen in the Santa Monica Mountains, and are not believed to have a breeding population there," the city of Malibu stated citing the National Park Service.
