ST. LOUIS - Elliott Davis is retiring after 45 years at FOX 2. He is sharing the top 10 "You Paid For It" reports.
In 2007, Bruce Gales was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison on drug charges. His partner had inside information on cocaine deliveries and would inform Hillsdale police, who would then arrest the couriers. Gales would steal the cocaine afterward.
