Big Spring PD investigating Family Dollar theft

BIG SPRING, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Big Spring Police Department and Crime Stoppers is seeking information relating to a theft from a Family Dollar last Wednesday.

Crime Stoppers said that on Wednesday, July 3, an unknown male suspect entered the Family Dollar located in the 500 block of South Gregg and stole some items. When confronted, the suspect assaulted the manager, causing bodily injury and damaging the phone which prevented the manager from calling 911.
