YONKERS, N.Y. (PIX11) --- A dead body was found in the woods in Yonkers on Wednesday evening, officials said.
Officers found the unidentified person off Bronx River Road at around 6 p.m., according to the Yonkers Police Department. The incident does not appear to be suspicious, police said.
No other details were immediately available and the investigation is ongoing.
