Delaware State Police arrest two after chase involving stolen SUV in New Castle

A pursuit through New Castle ended with two arrests after suspects fled on foot from a stolen vehicle and were tracked down by troopers and aviation units.

New Castle, DE – Two individuals were arrested Wednesday night after Delaware State Police pursued a stolen vehicle and apprehended both suspects following separate foot chases, authorities said.

Troopers identified the driver as Paige Patterson, 31, of Bear, Delaware. A 52-year-old man from Newark, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was also taken into custody.
