SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A brush fire broke out Wednesday in the area of Dodge Valley in the community of Sunshine Summit.
Around 1:36 p.m., Cal Fire San Diego posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, about the "Grove Fire," located east of Palomar Mountain, burning 15 acres with a moderate rate of spread.
The fire increased to 35 acres and zero percent contained about an hour later.
As of 3:13 p.m., the fire jumped to 50 acres, per first responders.
There are no reports of any injuries or structures being threatened at this time.
