Bystander shot during argument between 2 men in Manhattan: NYPD

INWOOD, Manhattan (PIX11) – A bystander was shot during an argument in Manhattan early Thursday morning, according to the NYPD.

It happened on 10th Avenue in Inwood around 3:30 a.m. Two men were arguing when one of them pulled out a gun and fired, per police.

A 29-year-old man was shot in the thigh, according to authorities.

The first man is described as wearing a red hat, black hoodie, gray pants and white sneakers. The second man, who fired the shot, is described as having a slim build, per police.
