Cambria County's America250 PA committee unveils "Liberty Torch" at Conemaugh Valley

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Cambria County America250 PA committee kicked off its school initiative tour with the unveiling of the county's "Liberty Torch".
