INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Colts owner and CEO Carlie Irsay Gordon asked general manager Chris Ballard an important question ahead of her decision to bring him back for the 2026 season.

“The No. 1 question she asked me, ‘Do you still have your juju, or shimmer?'” Ballard said.
