PEQUEA TOWNSHIP, PA — Local authorities responded to a distressing incident involving a cat injured by an arrow in Pequea Township. The incident was reported on Thursday, July 25, after a resident discovered the injured animal on the 100 block of West Willow Road.
The Pequea Township Police Department immediately contacted ORCA, an animal rescue organization, which took the cat into their care. Medical examination revealed that the object was an arrow, which was successfully removed.
The cat continues to recover under the supervision of ORCA’s veterinary staff.
