SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- The host of "Catfish: The TV Show" announced Saturday he is recovering after breaking his neck in a bicycle accident earlier this week.
Nēv Schulman, host of the reality TV show "Catfish," took to social media Saturday to let his fans know he is "lucky to be here" after breaking his neck in a major bike accident on Monday.
In a series of photos and videos on Instagram, the reality show host shared he was hit by a truck while riding his bike to pick up his son from school on Monday.
"I never made it to pick up my son from school on the bike. In fact in some ways, I’m glad I didn’t. I was alone on impact. Me and the truck. And then I guess the pavement," the post reads in part.
