Cedar City riders memorialize 17-year-old killed in drive-by shooting, raise thousands in scholarship money

Dozens of riders hit the road in Cedar City on Saturday to memorialize and raise money for scholarships in the name of 17-year-old Kaylee Dutton, who was killed in a drive-by shooting last January.
