HIGHLIGHTS: Permian defeats El Paso Pebble Hills to go to the area round

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Permian Panthers defeated the El Paso Pebble Hills Spartans 7-5 in game 3 to move on to the area round. The Panthers will take on Keller in the area round next week. Watch the video above for the highlights.
