Central Indiana spared from several more inches of snow this weekend

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — After the big winter storm that swept across Indiana during the weekend, many communities were still digging out Thursday and dealing with lingering snow-covered roads, travel advisories, and slick secondary streets.

Because of that, any additional heavy snow right now would only make recovery more difficult. The good news is that while winter is far from over, Indiana is largely being spared from the next round of major snow events setting up across the country.
