City leaders, organizers prepare for Mardi Gras weekend

Organizers for the 47th annual Mardi Gras Parade say they want everyone to have a good time. However, officials with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) are emphasizing their safety plans for those planning to visit Soulard this weekend.
