Colorado has some of the most aggressive drivers in the US: Forbes study

DENVER (KDVR) -- Colorado has some of the most confrontational drivers in the country, according to a new study by Forbes.

The study looked at several different categories and gave a percentage of drivers who reported certain confrontational behaviors.

There were nine behaviors that Forbes looked at, including being: forced off the road, blocked from merging or changing lanes, cut off on purpose, tailgated and insulted or threatened.

The data came from a nationwide survey of 10,000 drivers conducted by market research company Talker Research, according to Forbes.

How aggressive are Colorado drivers?

Colorado ranked No. 5 overall in the survey, behind California, Missouri, Utah and Oklahoma.

Hawaii ranked as the least confrontational overall, with South Dakota, North Dakota Georgia and Maine also at the bottom of the list.
