SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Interesting in owning a piece of movie history? Ahead of and throughout Comic-Con San Diego, the Comic-Con Museum will be auctioning off actual movie memorabilia, props, storyboard illustrations, signed photos and much more.
Julien's Auctions, Turner Classic Movies and the Comic-Con Museum in San Diego collaborated for this inaugural event, which the museum says will be just the "first chapter in a series of annual celebrations designed to bring collectors and enthusiasts closer to the most beloved genre films and franchises of our time."
Since Monday, July 15, the Comic-Con Museum has been full of iconic props, costumes, and production materials from "Harry Potter," "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," "Spider-Man," "X-Men," "Batman," "Superman," "Captain America," "Ant-Man," "G.I. Joe," "Looney Tunes," Warner Brothers Studios and more. The exhibit will be on display for two weeks until the auction closes on the final day of San Diego Comic-Con.
