The program launched in 2021 to meet the ongoing needs of cancer survivors in the region. The enhanced clinic will provide cancer patients with comprehensive physical and emotional care throughout their cancer care journey.

The clinic is comprised of two distinct programs, the Survivorship Program and the Palliative Care Program. The Survivorship Program will focus on addressing the physical and psychological healthcare of patients, particularly those who have completed cancer treatment.

“Conemaugh’s Cancer Survivorship program, part of the Enhanced Supportive Care Clinic, offers a range of services designed to support our patients and community as they transition from treatment to post-treatment life,” Amy Riley, MSN, CRNP said. “Our goal is to help ensure a better quality of life during recovery and beyond.”
