Costco is coming to Midland, city announces

MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- A Costco is coming to the City of Midland after City leadership and Midland Development Corporation worked together to bring the number one requested amenity to life. 

The project overviews stated that the 174,000-square-foot facility will provide 100 full-time equivalent jobs and a $50 million capital improvement. 

According to the announcement, construction is planned to begin on or before June 1st, 2025, and is estimated to be complete by August 31, 2026.
