County supervisor introduces alternative to measure extending term limits 

San Diego County Supervisor Joel Anderson is introducing amendments to County Chair Terra Lawson-Remer's measure to update the county charter, which would extend term limits for the board of supervisors, but Anderson's amendments would eliminate the extension and give the county's chief executive hiring authority back.
