Couples sue OC fertility doctor, claiming embryos were 'kidnapped' and moved without their consent

More than two dozen couples using an Orange County fertility clinic have filed a lawsuit, claiming its former medical director, whose license has since been suspended, moved their embryos to another facility without their knowledge.
