Crews battle 2 separate wildfires in the Inland Empire

Firefighters in Riverside County are working overtime to extinguish two separate wildfires that broke out on Sunday. 

The first fire that broke out – named the Hawarden Fire – started at 1:37 p.m. near Hawarden Drive in Riverside's Alessandro Heights neighborhood. 

As of 6 a.m. Monday, the blaze stands at about 500 acres with no containment.  At least three homes have been destroyed and several others have been damaged, according to fire officials.
