Crews called to 22nd Avenue house fire in Altoona

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Crews are responding to a house fire in Altoona.

Multiple firefighters were called to the 1000 block of 22nd Avenue on Wednesday, Aug. 7 for a report of a house fire. The Altoona Fire Department, Blair County Sheriff's and the Altoona Police Department were all called to the scene.

Details are limited at this time, but a WTAJ crew member on scene confirmed seeing smoke on the second floor of the home.
