Crews rescuing 21 people after Dutch Wonderland ride 'unexpectedly' stops

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- More than a dozen people are being rescued from a ride that "unexpectedly" stopped at Dutch Wonderland on Wednesday afternoon.
