Deadly crash near Carnuel shuts down eastbound I-40

CARNUEL, N.M. (KRQE) – KRQE News 13 is working to learn more about a deadly crash on I-40. It happened Friday evening near Carnuel, forcing eastbound I-40 to shut down. The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office is urging drivers to use New Mexico 333 as a detour. It's not yet known what caused the crash.
