(NewsNation) — In the latest lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, former adult film actress Adria English alleges that from 2004 and 2009, the music mogul forced her to take drugs and have sex with guests at his New York and Miami mansions.

Adria English's attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd says an indictment is "inevitable" and that Combs will face criminal charges "for all of the cases we now know to be public information."

"I'm confident because I have several sources, including sources for Combs himself, who feel very strongly," Mitchell-Kidd said during a Friday appearance on NewsNation's "Banfield." "I'm very confident it's only a matter of time, a short time."
