DPS: Two-day Howard County crime operation leads to 40 arrests

A two-day multi-agency crime operation in Howard County, Texas resulted in the arrest of 40 people on a range of charges, including false identification, possession of a controlled substance, felony and misdemeanor warrants, possession of marijuana, evading arrest, and unlawful carry of a weapon.
