DUNCANSVILLE, Pa. (WTAJ) — A town in Blair county enjoyed two days of food, fun and music over the weekend at Duncansville Community Days.
Attractions at the event included a petting zoo and pony rides. Kids could also get their faces painted and adults could enjoy listening to live bands.
Mayor Eric Fritz said Community Days also benefits non-profit organizations.
"There's 38 non-profits represented here today. It's a neat way for them to get their information out to the, to the public. And any money that they earn here is theirs to keep," Fritz said.
Mayor Fritz also said volunteers are always needed to help organize the event and that the group meets the first Monday of every month at the Duncansville Borough Building at 7 p.m.
