ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- A lane of East 17th street will be closed Wednesday, May 3rd from 8:30am to 3pm between Emerald Avenue and Royalty Avenue.
Edgardo Madrid & Associates will be working to replace an out of service fire hydrant and valves for the City of Odessa. Work is expected to be completed in 3 days.
