Anthony Fauci raised concerns over pregnant women experiencing a miscarriage after taking the COVID-19 vaccine in 2021, according to newly released texts.

Texts between Fauci, former Director of the National Insitutue for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and other top health officials show concern over the safety of the COVID-19 vaccine related to pregnant women. Specifically, Fauci mentioned concerns over potential miscarriage in the first trimester after the second dose of the vaccine.

The texts were pulled from a conversation between Fauci, former U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and former U.S. Centers for Disease Control Director Rochelle Walensky between Jan. 25-26, 2021.
