ASTORIA, Queens (PIX11) -- A pair of manholes were on fire in Queens on Thursday, according to officials.
The FDNY was alerted around 1 p.m. and found two manholes smoking at 21-27 31st Street. ConEd was alerted, and the manholes were under control by 3 p.m., according to officials.
