Fire reported at Centennial restaurant

DENVER (KDVR) -- A restaurant in Centennial was evacuated Saturday for a reported fire in a kitchen, according to South Metro Fire Rescue.

Fire crews responded to the fire, which was in the 9300 block of East Dry Creek Road at BONOS Bar-B-Q, according to SMFR.

As of 10:42 a.m., a chimney fire was extinguished and crews were searching for any possible extensions of the fire.

Five people were being evaluated by medics with SMFR.
