DANVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — On March 16, Danville Police were called to a McDonalds on Main Street/U.S. 36. to investigate a burglary that had occurred earlier that day.

The manager of the McDonald’s called the police after they noticed that the office safe was open and cash was missing.

Police reviewed the security camera footage and saw a man enter the restaurant, walk back to the office, and open the safe after attempting multiple different codes. He removed the cash, put it in his backpack, and left the building.
