NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – Want to see Water for Elephants or The Notebook on Broadway? For families, it just got a lot cheaper.
On Aug. 20, kids and teens 18-years-old or younger can see a Broadway show for free as long as they’re accompanied by an adult with a full-priced ticket.
It’s part of the city’s annual Kids’ Night on Broadway, tickets for which went on sale Thursday.
To get the discount, enter the promo code “KIDSUM24” when you check out on the show's website or use Kids’ Night on Broadway’s website to have the discount automatically applied. The discount will show up as to half-priced tickets, rather than one full-priced ticket and one free one.
The discounts will extend past the theater on Aug. 20, with nearby restaurants like Applebee’s, Hard Rock Café, Glass House Tavern and Rosie O’Grady’s offering discounts and deals for the young theater-goers.
