Friends and family gather to remember life of Otis Shavers after being killed in Breckenridge area shooting

After tragically being shot and killed at the Eagle Suites in the Breckenridge neighborhood, Otis Shavers’ friends and family gathered on Friday night to remember a man who they say will be sorely missed.
