From NICU waiting room to nurse: Local healthcare worker reflects on full-circle journey into nursing

Micah Lyons, a nurse case manager at Medical Center Hospital and student in Odessa College's RN-to-BSN program, was inspired to pursue a career in nursing after her own family experienced the NICU, and now uses her experience to help other families navigate the complexities of patient care.
