Genre-bending musician to perform in Saratoga Springs

David Byrne will perform at Albany Med Health System at Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center this fall. The front man of former rock band Talking Heads will bring his "Who Is The Sky?" tour to the SPAC stage on September 17.
