SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Hell's Kitchen, a popular restaurant at Harrah’s Resort Southern California, has appointed a new executive chef.
Gaining approval from Gordon Ramsay is no easy task, but Chef John Silva appears to have done just that after securing the role. The restaurant announced Wednesday that Silva will now oversee daily culinary operations for the kitchen.
