Groups submit petition signatures to get ballot initiatives in front of Arkansas voters in November

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Multiple Arkansas groups have tallied up their petition signatures as they hope to get their ballot initiatives in front of voters in November.

Several groups shared news releases on Friday announcing success in meeting the signature requirements.

Arkansas Secretary of State’s office set to verify hundreds of thousands of ballot initiative petition signatures

The signature goal to get constitutional amendments on the ballot in Arkansas is 90,704 signatures from around the state, with signatures coming from at least 50 counties.

Arkansans for Limited Government announced in a Friday release that the group has delivered more than 100,000 petition signatures from 54 counties for an amendment to the Arkansas Constitution that aims to enshrine abortion rights.
