Guy Park Manor Rehabilitation Project moves into phase 2

Guy Park Manor in Amsterdam is getting a major makeover after it was badly damaged by flooding caused by tropical storms Irene and Lee back in 2011. On Monday, officials were at Erie Canal Lock 11 giving an update on the rehabilitation project.
