Harrisburg Gold comes back to defeat Aberdeen

HARRISBURG, S.D. (KELO) -- Harrisburg Gold claimed a doubleheader sweep over Aberdeen Sunday afternoon at Dakota Access Field.

Post 45 secured a 9-6 win in the opener and a 9-3 victory in game two.

In game one, the Smittys jumped on top 5-2 in the second, but a four-run fourth inning catapulted the hosts into the lead.

The second game saw Harrisburg score the first six runs of the contest behind a four-run rally in the third inning.
