HONOLULU (KHON2) -- The Parent Line is a valuable resource provided by Hawai‘i’s Child and Family Service. It is funded by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health and Maternal and Child Health Branch.

It is designed to support parents, caregivers and families by offering a wide range of services and information to help with parenting challenges and promote family well-being.

The Parent Line is offering a series of free virtual workshops throughout the month of August for anyone looking to improve how they approach parenting.

Understanding and Owning Your Feelings

This workshop will be taking place on Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

It is described as a course to help parents learn more about their own feelings and how to acknowledge and express them.

Improving Self-Worth
