Problematic behavior from people experiencing homelessness is on the rise, according to SFPD Chief Jon Thum and Mayor Paul TenHaken.

She's 108 years old and was at the very first Sturgis Motorcycle Rally when she was only 24 years old. Hazel Baumberger who lives in Ft. Pierre keeps rolling along though, only on four wheels now.
