HOBBS, New Mexico (KMID/KPEJ) - The Hobbs Police Department is looking for information and a 26-year-old female after a Hobbs man died from his injuries at Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital.
According to HPD, at about 8:03pm on Tuesday, August 6, officers responded to the 1100 block of North Gulf Street, referencing a trauma with injury.
As officers arrived on the scene, they located 26-year-old Jonathan Losoya, of Hobbs, New Mexico, suffering from a life-threatening injury. Losoya was transported to the Covenant Health Hobbs Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
HPD said it is now seeking any witnesses, video, or surveillance footage that may have been captured the incident or other related activity in the area.
Detectives are also looking for 26-year-old Lexy Mabrey, who is wanted for questioning regarding the incident.
