I-81 Welcome Center rest area in Franklin County will be closed for overnight paving

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- PennDOT announced Wednesday that the I-81 Welcome Center, just across the Pennsylvania-Maryland border in Franklin County on the northbound side of the highway, will be closed overnight Thursday.
