I-99, I-80 set with speed restrictions due to flooding

(WTAJ) -- A speed restriction for I-99 Northbound and I-80 Eastbound has been issued speed restrictions due to weather.

Flooding on I-99 has caused officials to reduce the speed limit to 55 miles per hour until further notice, according to 511PA. The speed restriction stretches from Bedford towards Bellefonte.

I-80 is also experiencing flooding, which has caused a similar speed reduction to 55 miles per hour as well. This restriction spans from Exit 97: U.S. 219 - DuBois/Brockway to Ext 210B: Us 15 North - Williamsport.
