Authorities in Sioux Falls are investigating an infant death after staff at a recycling center in Sioux Falls discovered what police called “a full-term infant” at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday. 

Sioux Falls will climb back to the upper 70s this afternoon ahead of the next cold front moving into KELOLAND.
