A judge has suspended Justin Timberlake's license after the singer appeared virtually at his DWI hearing on Friday.
Timberlake is currently in Antwerp, Belgium because he's on the international leg of his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour.
During the hearing, the former boy band member pleaded not guilty to a revised misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated back in June in the village on Long Island, New York.
Sag Harbor Village Justice Carl Irace suspended Timberlake's driving privileges in the state of New York due to his refusal to take a breathalyzer test when he was pulled over, according to NBC News. This after considering a motion to dismiss the case entirely.
It's not known how long his license will be suspended.
Irace also slammed Timberlake's lawyer, Edward D. Burke Jr., over what he called "irresponsible" comments he made during the last court appearance.
