ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- Southbound lanes of the West Loop from University Blvd. have been shut down due to a large oil spill that extends almost a mile.
County sand trucks and Odessa Fire Rescue are on the scene. Drivers are encouraged to expect delays or find an alternate route.
